There's open plan studio-style accommodation including a kitchen, dining area, sitting area and two steps up to a double bed with en-suite bathroom. The sitting area also has a charming woodburner and a double sofa bed so the property can sleep up to four people (max. 3 adults). Outside, there is a shared utility room and across the yard from the cottage there is a private, enclosed garden with furniture. Gwynfryn Cottage offers a pleasant and surprisingly spacious holiday home from which to discover this delightful area of Wales.

Freestanding electric heaters with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer in external utility, TV with FreeSat, CD, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and fuel for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private, enclosed lawned garden across yard with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2.5 miles. Note: Stabling available upon request. Note: Property is located next to an A road, so some associated noise may be experienced outside. Note: Due to the two steps up to the double bedroom and en-suite bathroom, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Property is near a pond and on a working smallholding, children to be supervised and dogs are kept on a lead at all times when outside. Note: Max. 3 adults. Note: The en-suite bathroom will be shared if the sofa bed is in use. |
